Please read our RULES page. Not abiding by our rules will result in expulsion without refund. Children 15 and older allowed. All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

What to Expect
Public investigation times are from 7 pm – 4 am unless otherwise stated
The doors open 15 minutes before the investigation time. You will be given an informational tour that will begin about 7:15 pm and will last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. We lock the doors once the tour starts, so if you are late you could miss the tour and have to wait until it is over. After the tour you will have until the scheduled end time to investigate the building on your own. You may bring food and drink. Dress accordingly, the building takes on the outside temperatures. You do not have to stay the duration of your investigation time. You may sign out at any time, but must leave the property by scheduled end time. You can go outside to smoke or retrieve things from your vehicles. We have a refrigerator and microwave you can use. Coffee is available for free, just ask.
All investigations start with 40 available spots except for special event investigations that are not like our normal investigations. If you want to know how many are booked, just check number on the calendar to see how many spots are left.
We have a CASH ONLY gift shop that closes at 11 pm.
*Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are non refundable unless you cancel/reschedule more than 14 days prior to your scheduled investigation. You will not receive a refund for any reason if it’s less than 14 days before your investigation.
Available dates and prices are subject to change. Cancellations could occur due to weather or emergencies. If you have paid and there is a cancellation, you will be notified and refunded. Haunted Hill View Manor holds the right to cancel any reservation for any reason.

Each person you pay for, including you, must fill out the Reservation / Waiver form. You can share the link with your guests. They will receive an email with their waiver that they must print, sign, and bring with them. The waiver will be sent to the email listed in the email field.

Click twice on the date you want to book. Complete the form and click BOOK NOW. You will then be taken to the page where you can make your payment. Reservations are accepted immediately, but any reservation made without payment will be rejected upon review.
